Welcome to 2024 Highfield Summer Camp!

We are dedicated to providing an outstanding summer camp program, filled with enriching activities, friendships and fun! Highfield Summer Camp is the place for kids to be kids! Three main activities make up the core of our camp: golf, tennis, and swimming.

This year, look for new and exciting adds to the program. Crafts, activities and games will abound with renewed creativity and a variety of new sports equipment. We look forward to hosting special guests and new learning experiences, including science workshops, authors, first responders and nature experts.

The Highfield Summer Camp welcomes campers ages 5 -12 years old. The camp day begins with parent/caregiver drop-off & sign in between 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM. The day ends at 4:00 PM with parent/caregiver pick up & sign out.

While having fun is a priority at camp, safety is critical. We closely follow the guidelines provided by the Connecticut Department of Health and will provide any necessary updates provided by the state.

Skill Building

Every camper partakes in golf and tennis skill building activities. Highfield's golf professional, Bill Murray and tennis professional, Richard Makepeace, have years of Highfield Camp experience and oversee the golf and tennis portion of camp. Most children bring their own golf clubs and tennis racquets, however Highfield does have extra equipment for those campers who don't have their own. Please remember to label all equipment brought from home.

Healthy Meals

Campers rave about Chef Mike's kid-friendly and healthy lunches, or parents may choose to pack a home-prepared lunch for their child. We ask that your home-packed lunches include healthy food choices. Every camper is expected to bring a healthy snack (no candy or sugary snacks, please) and a refillable water bottle, daily.
